Simplicity during the process to cut dough into square or rectangular shapes makes the DMQ (square manual divider) a piece of contemporary bakery equipment to be reckoned with. A machine designed for producing ciabatta bread, baguettes and other types of bread, with lengths of between 40mm and 400mm.
The manual square divider exists in standard and stainless steel versions, for 8Kg of maximum dough capacity, in several cutting units and dimensions.
